James is a brown belt who is originally from Illinois. He started his jiu-jitsu career 7 years ago when he moved to Texas and found Legacy. He loves the mental chess aspect of jiu-jitsu, and the ability to blow off steam at the end of a long day. Everyone is so caring and always willing to take the time before/after class to teach someone a new skill. Whether it’s a first class or the one hundredth, there’s always something one can learn.
