We have been here for about two years to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and could not be happier with our experience so far at Legacy! Marissa is an excellent host/front desk manager and always made a newbie feel welcome. All of the instructors we have seen have been great with the kids—firm were needed but at the right balance, kind, welcoming and encouraging as well. My boys’ confidence and skills have been improved significantly.

Great gym. Been training here for a little over a year and jiu jitsu is life changing. Outside of being a great self defense technique, the greatest benefit for me has been the mobility and functionality it brings. All the instructors are great, as well as training partners. Lost a little over 40 lbs since starting bjj which is a huge plus.

A great facility with even greater instruction and people. My kids have been going here for about 5 months and they really enjoy it. They both are becoming much more efficient in the sport and it has had positive influences in their behavior and focus on and off the mat. Mom and Dad have even picked up classes as well to make it a family affair.

Under the guidance of all the Professors and coaches it is really amazing to see the transformation. This is not my home gym, but I have stopped in twice when I’ve come in town to visit family. Everyone I have met in the gym has been so friendly and welcoming! I did a nogi class with Adam and the women’s only class with Laura. Both were great with clear instruction and options based on body style or capability. They also have a great community of women who see to all train pretty regularly they even invited me to dinner with them after the class! All in all I would highly recommend Legacy to any one from first day beginner to colored belts across the board. They’ve got a flavor for everyone. Gym is also very clean and well kept and they have showers so that is always a win!

Professor Ricardo and coaches do a phenomenal job shaping young men and women as well as teaching them the fundamentals of jiu jitsu. Our son started right when he turned three and he’s almost four. They patience they have with the kids is unmatched and they have instilled a sense of discipline in my children that spill into all areas of their lives.
